Associate Professor Joanne Earl joined Macquarie University in January 2018. Prior to joining Macquarie she worked at Flinders University (South Australia) and at UNSW for 9 years in the School of Psychology. She is a Registered Psychologist, and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She is passionate about making retirement a positive experience for all Australians. Her program of research focuses on promoting retirement planning for workers at both the individual and organizational level along with identifying predictors of retirement adjustment for retirees. She regularly appears in the press and on radio talking about her research.

Myeong-Sook Yoon is the Founder of Korean Addiction Forum and now Co-President of the Korean Addiction Forum. She is also a Committee Member of Korean National Gambling Control Commission. She has been working in addiction field since 1987, as a pioneer in Korea and has worked for many national projects. She is a former President of the Korean Association of Social Work Practice and Research and Korean Academy of Mental Health Social Work, Korean Association for Psychosocial Rehabilitation. She is a certified Mental Health Social Worker (Level 1) and certified Drug and Alcohol Therapist, certified Addiction Supervisor and certified Addiction Social Worker (Level 1).

Jacob Barg graduated from the Kaplan Medical Center. He completed his Ph.D. at the Weizmann Institute of Science in 1989. He performed a two-year postdoctoral research in the Department of Biochemistry at St. Louis University. Following that, he joined the Department of Biochemistry as an assistant research professor and then Head of Research and Development at Wolfson Medical Center. He joined the Ashkelon Academic College, Department of Criminology to continue his contribution for the scientific welfare. Dr Tanjir Rashid Soron received his MD in Psychiatry and MPH after his MBBS. He is currently working as Head of MindTale which provide as a nationwide mental health service by phone in Bangladesh. He is the founder of the “Telepsychiatry Research and Innovation Network” that gives a perfect ground for telepsychiatry researchers and others to explore and share various ideas. Dr. Soron is playing a key role in research on technlogy based interventions for Neurodevelopmental Disorders in Bangladesh. He is also leading few childhood development and mental health screening and severity assessment tools. Dr. Soron is exploring the impact of Facebook on mental health of child and adollocent. He is also working as a member of editorial board of several international journals.
